Q. What information should I have ready when I place my order?
A. You will be asked your name, address and phone number. If the delivery address is different from the billing address that should be given to us at the time of booking your tent or rental items. Items can be increased or decreased as long as enough notice is given to us prior to the event.
Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
A. If your planning a back yard wedding in a tent then the tent should be reserved as soon as possible . We have a large inventory of tents, because we build our own, but once you’ve rented the tent, you can add on sections to make it bigger if your guest list increases. Additional rental items can be added as required.This is especially true for large orders. Even if your exact guest count has not been determined, it is best to place your order and then make adjustments as needed.
Q. Do you set up the tents?
A. Of course, we setup and take down all of our tents. We take extra care in accomodating brides for early set up usually Thursday to allow for decorating.
Q. What are your showroom hours?
A. Our showroom hours are Monday – Friday 8-5 Saturdays 8-1, evening and extended weekend hours can be made available by appointment. We can also arrange site inspections to suggest the best location for the installation of the tent and layout of the furniture.
Q. I am having an tented wedding and want to know what else I’ll need to rent?
A. We have event planners that can walk you through every detail of your party and help you decide what items you will need. We can give you advise on how many glasses you will need at your bars, what size dance floor is appropriate for your event, tables, chair styles, everything needed to make your special day run smoothly.
Q. Do you help plan themed weddings?
A. Yes we have everything to offer from formal, to vintage, to rustic , to beach, to feather, to a relaxed country setting, to themed, or we leave it to your own imagination. Together with our wedding planners we will make your dream wedding a reality.
Q. What about the washrooms?
A. We now work with companies that supply trailor units with running hot water, flush units, sinks, mirrors, parquay floors, lighting, everything that a hall would offer and just as nice.
Q. How many guests can you house under a tent?
A. Our tents are as small as 10×10 or as large as 100×300 which means we can accomodate numbers from 10 to 5000 under one roof. Because we manufacture our own tents , we have a large inventory of wedding tents, catering tents, entrance tents, and washroom tents turning your backyard into a tented wonderland wedding.
Q. I’ve always wanted an outdoor wedding but I don’t have the space?
A. We have many sites available to host your wedding. In London and surrounding areas, we can suggest golf courses, private estates, parks, and country settings where tents can be installed.
Q. How do I pay for my wedding?
A. Unless credit has been established, all rentals must be secured by a 50% deposit at the time you place the order. The balance will be due upon delivery of your rentals. We accept cash and major credit cards.
